In 1996, PremShakti founded the PremYoga Center here in Haverhill (West Palm Beach) Florida, one of the oldest yoga centers in south Florida.  PremShakti shares her great compassion, wisdom, joyful nature, and awakening by leading spiritual retreats, sacred journeys, and Enlightenment Intensives.  She is also renowned as a 'teacher of yoga teachers' and has trained over 500 teachers all over the world, including over 20% of all the yoga teachers in SE Florida.  She has been offering professional, nationally-certified, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs here in Florida for 12 years, and spends several months every year designing and teaching 200-hour, 500-hour, and (soon) 1000-hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs at the Kripalu Center, where she is currently a Senior Faculty Member.  She also individually mentors and guides yoga teachers making their way through various training programs.

About Leslie Glickman (Teaching Yin Yang at 10am)

Florida's most successful Fitness Centers, Michael's Body Scenes, for 12 years, she has stayed on the cutting edge of the industry where she discovered Yoga. It was life changing for her and again her focus moved her to a full time interest in studying, practicing and eventually teaching Yoga. Her Yoga Journey began in 1995 and has been a wonderful experience for which she is very grateful. She is no longer owner of the gym and is teaching full time both at Michael's and privately. Although the Yoga fills her life with much joy and pleasure, her husband Andy and their two children make her life complete. "The Yoga really helps to balance it all."
Leslie has intuitively followed her heart along this journey and always brings her intuition to her classes.  Leslie is certified with Yoga Alliance ERYT 500 (experienced registered yoga teacher). She is mostly self taught but attributes much of her style to her teachers, Rodney Yee,Seane Corn, Bryan Kest, Paul Grilley and John Friend. Since 1995 she has attended many conferences and teacher trainings throughout the country. Her classes combine a variety of styles including Vinyasa Flow and Yin Style Yoga and appeal to all level students. She also teaches free clinics monthly to introduce new students to yoga or to help her more advanced students further their practice. Each month they take on a different theme. The clinics are open to everyone and it’s her way of giving something back to community that has supported her throughout this journey. Leslie has contributed to helping develop a sense of yoga community in South Florida, encouraging networking and social activities for her students. Juliana Bossano

Vinyasa Flow with Juliana
This moment flows... This moment flows will focus on moving prana and cleansing chakras, this helps to remove blockages in the 5 bodies, enabling an increased absorption of energy and awareness. Prana becomes visible on the physical plane as motion an action, and on the mental as thought. Once the mind has been stilled and prana flows freely in the chackras, the doorway to the evolution of consciousness opens, leading the aspirant into higher dimensions of spiritual experience.

About Juliana Bossano (teaching a Chakra Flow 2pm)

When I started my yoga journey I didn’t have a great understanding of the greatness of yoga, I also was looking for its physical benefits, more self-control, peace of mind, and patience.  I started my practice in 1982, I was 17 years old. I remember asking my mother for a psychologist because I was very aggressive, and had no self-control. The next day when she came home from work she handed me a peace of paper with a phone number and the name of my first yoga teacher, Olga Montanez.
I remember my first class so clearly, her main focus was proper breathing. The art of breathing is the key to our life, we can go days without eating or drinking, but we can’t go for more than 3 minutes without breathing” that is what my teacher used to say when she explained about this magical act.  Then the practice of asanas came, that left me feeling glorious with a sensation of well being and internal peace that I had never felt before.  It is in this way that body became my first instrument to learn the science of yoga. This process of refining started then and continues up to now.
Yoga has brought tremendous physical benefits to me, but I can say that yoga has many benefits; it has brought and internal balance that project to the external, transforming not only myself but those around me.
I invite you to begin this marvelous system of training; I assure you that you will not regret it. Don’t listen to what I say here…. Try it yourself; it is only through experience that you will find out.
